Terry entered the SurfacePrep family 21 years ago by joining Advance Finishing Technologies, at the time his family’s business, as a customer service representative. He learned the business from the ground up as this role entailed everything from sweeping floors, answering phones, managing warehousing and logistics, understanding accounting, and developing processes for the sales and management teams. This role led to sales management and then general management.
