Bob Hancock is Vice President of Surface Enhancement at SurfacePrep. Bob coordinates the sales functions across the SurfacePrep divisions and works with customers to develop and create solutions that help them improve their surface enhancement processes or decrease total costs.
Bob officially entered the SurfacePrep family as an outside sales representative for Abrasive Products in 1990 after gaining experience at his father’s abrasives distribution company. He has since held multiple sales and management positions, including serving as equipment manager. This role required him to work with outside sales representatives to coordinate larger capital equipment projects. He also held the position of National Sales Manager where he was responsible for the sales of cut wire and specialty metallic abrasives.
Bob received a bachelor’s degree in business operations from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
