Rick O’Neil is the Vice President of Specialty Ceramics for SurfacePrep where he oversees specialty ceramics sourcing and works with customers to design custom tailored solutions to improve their process performance and decrease their total costs.
Rick joined the SurfacePrep family by launching GNP Ceramics and serving as the General Manager. He has 26 years of experience in ceramic engineering, specialty materials and related operations. Prior to joining SurfacePrep, he was a Sales Engineer and Business Unit Manager at Exolon-ESK and Sales Manager at Graystar.
Rick received a bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering from Alfred University.
